Manufacturing recession is deepening, while the services sector boom leads the world economy into a dualistic state. It is our estimate that the manufacturing sector is leading the way, with the services sector following it into a recession in the fall. The U.S. has entered a credit contraction, which is likely to turn into a credit crunch in the fall.1
