Our CEO Tuomas has been tracking the developments of global money supply since February 2023. He discovered that major liquidity injections and withdrawals are dictating the direction of global asset and credit markets. You can easily test for this by matching the money supply data to market peaks and bottoms during the past two years.
Because the global money supply is dictating the direction of the markets, we will launch a service providing forecasts for money supply (market liquidity) for the coming 9-12 months. Our first forecasts indicated that we would see a peak in late-March followed by bottoms in later-April. This is exactly what occurred.
We will update the forecasts each time new information becomes available. In this entry, we will provide first forecasts of global money supply till December.
